The structure on the Kadıköy E-5 highway is designed as two vertical office blocks and a horizontal shopping block connecting these two blocks. The 15-storey office block is the tallest building in which the nuclei are planned in an unconstrained fashion in order to create clear and flexible usage areas. The reason for the north-south orientation of the building, which takes its entrance from Yol Street in the south of the harbor, is the entrance to the south and has an open view towards the E-5 highway in the north. This core intersection creates cohesion on the ground, and the office spaces create transparency. The relatively low office block on the E-5 highway is an elliptically planned cylindrical building that offers rental spaces in alternative locations and sizes. The lower part with curvilinear plan serves a retail function to connect the spaces at the same time.
