The renovation of the Alageyik Apartments is the reconstruction of a 50-year-old story on Alageyik Street No 8. While some of the apartment residents will continue their lives elsewhere, some of them will live again in the Alageyik Apartment with their new neighbors. For this reason, the design of the new building  should have  re-call the memories of the old habitants . The old backyard is completely re-used by residents, with the addition of a dense green texture and swimming pool. The gym on the ground floor is integrated with this garden. Living spaces of the flats are planned on the road facade and backyard facades of the building.   Metal vertical facade elements are used together with glass on these facades, which are quite transparent.. On the side facades, the windows of the rooms facing the neighboring buildings are sized  to provide privacy as well, and the texture created by precast concrete panels clearly differentiates from the front and back facades.
