The land was separated into two parts, which could be tried halfway in terms of their internal integrity and functionality, both in relation to the environment and the city:
1. A challenge to build all the units in these building with the goal of enriching their relationship with Turkish Ocağı Street. What we termed as “vacant” space.
2. A challenge to build a 30-storey tower containing administrative units and social spaces integrated vertically with the landscape and topography on the horizon.
What we termed as “occupied” space. In fact, although the space we call 'vacant' seems to have a role that serves the part of the building thatis ‘occupied,’ the remaining objective was to maintain a void.
